Sharon Thormahlen, after playing a number of instruments, has found her passion in playing the harp. Sharon is best known for her books of beautiful original harp tunes along with her accessible arrangements of traditional music. Sharon’s melodies weave together rhythms and harmonies creating simple arrangements of music that is haunting, evocative and beautiful. She also helps run Thormahlen Harps with her husband, Dave, who has been building harps for over 25 years. Sharon strings and tunes the beautiful harps he makes and takes care of the business end of things.
